It's SUPERBOWL Time!!!

Are you ready for some Football??!!!

I've decided to call in to work tonight so I can stay home and watch the Superbowl. Normally I wouldn't do that.....wait a minute......yeah I would LOL! I have been known to call in from my seat at many a Tigers games...... But I figured since I worked the last 2 Superbowls, and since I forgot to request the night off, I would just call in. I want to see history.

  I'm not a huge fan of either team. I really like Eli Manning, he comes from a family of "Greats". Payton Manning is my 2nd favorite QB (Bret Favre being # 1, of course!!!). I'm excited to see how Eli does under pressure. And I'm not really a big fan of Tom Brady, although he was a Wolverine so I guess I feel kind of obligated since I went to U of M also. I think he's a decent QB, but not "all that", I just think he has a great team around him. I would like to see them make history, though.
 Yes, the "Perfect Season" has been done before, most recently the '72 Dolphins, but that was a 17 game season. This being 19 games I think means something. There are too many good teams in the NFL these days and it's so hard to get that perfect season I just think it's more of an ccomplishment....Those extra 2 games can make all the difference. 
 Regardless of who wins, I have no doubt it will be an AWSOME game!! But if I had to pick, I have to cheer for the Patriots.
